Common Issues
I forgot my username
On the login screen tap "Forgot username?" and enter your email address. We'll send your username to your email immediately.
I forgot my password
On the login screen tap "Forgot password?" and enter your username. We'll send a password reset link to your email.
The app is not sending notifications
Make sure you've allowed LazyBoo to send notifications in your iPhone Settings → LazyBoo → Notifications. Turn on "Allow Notifications".
I can't log in
Make sure you're using your username (not email) to log in. If you still can't log in, contact us at support@lazyboo.app and we'll help you right away.
I want to delete my account
Go to Settings → Danger Zone → you can either Deactivate your account (data kept for 22 days) or Permanently Delete your account (immediate deletion).
I lost access to my email
Contact us at support@lazyboo.app with your username and we'll help you regain access to your account.
