Common Issues
I forgot my username
On the login screen tap "Forgot username?" and enter your email address. We'll send your username to your email immediately.
I forgot my password
On the login screen tap "Forgot password?" and enter your username. We'll send a password reset link to your email.
The app is not sending notifications
Make sure you've allowed LazyBoo to send notifications in your iPhone Settings, then LazyBoo, then Notifications. Turn on "Allow Notifications".
I can't log in
Make sure you're using your username, not your email, to log in. If you still can't log in contact us at support@getlazyboo.app and we'll help you right away.
I want to delete my account
Go to Settings, then Danger Zone. You can either deactivate your account, where your data is kept for 22 days, or permanently delete your account, where deletion is immediate.
I lost access to my email
Contact us at support@getlazyboo.app with your username and we'll help you regain access to your account.
